Unfortunately, I can’t guarantee delivery by a specific date, as all items are made to order. Our processing time are here, and we always try to ship faster when possible!

Unfortunately, once an order is in production, we cannot update the shipping address at this time. I’m so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

The next step you can take is to contact your local post office or visit their website to see if a package intercept is possible. Take your tracking number located on your receipt you were emailed after purchase and contact the USPS immediately. Please keep in mind that we are not affiliated with the USPS in any way and can find out no more information for you than what is shown on your tracking information.

All of our designs are created with options for anyone to print at home, on standard 8 1/2" x 11" printer paper. If there is other printing options available, or if other paper is recommended, it will be specified. Sturdier paper like card stock is recommended.

There are multiple ways you can print your files.

You can print from home or by using a copy center or professional printer.

Local printers like Staples, Walgreens, Fedex, Walmart, etc. as well as many other online printers offer awesome printing services.
