Thank you for shopping at Party & Love. We appreciate your support and hope you love your purchase!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there are any issues with your order, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your item. You can email us at hello@partyandlove.com or reach out via chat, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Physical Products

Because each item is personalized, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.

If there was an issue with your order due to mishandling during shipping or if you were accidentally shipped the wrong item, please contact us by email. Please note that you will be asked to provide pictures of the items received.

Digital Products

Please note that due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Once a digital file has been delivered to you, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. This is because digital items cannot be "returned" once downloaded or accessed.

Personalization Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the personalization is incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Issues with Your File

If you encounter any problems with your file such as downloading issues, formatting errors, if you receive the wrong item, or the file won’t open please contact us.

Please keep in mind: It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and software are compatible with the file format before purchasing.

Exchanges

You cannot exchange items if you have purchased the wrong collection or design. Make sure to double check before checking out.

Refunds

Refunds are allowed on certain cases. We will notify you once we’ve received and evaluate your request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
