Party & Love currently offers shipping within the USA, with plans to expand to additional countries in early 2026. Digital downloads are available worldwide, some of our products delivered instantly once payment is complete.
Orders placed after 5pm PST will be processed on the next business day.

Returns/Exchanges
Our goal is that you love your order. Because each item is personalized, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is always our top priority reach out to us if something isn't right at hello@partyandlove.com.
Eligibility:
- Received product damaged or defective
- Request help within 7 days of the delivery date
- Item must be in the same condition in which it was received
Please note that due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a digital file has been delivered to you, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. This is because digital items cannot be "returned" once downloaded or accessed.
